    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a pair of hoops yesterday and requested a manual pull since i was repeatedly getting defective items. This morning my order was cancelled. I called qvc and asked them about it. I was told that since it takes a week for the whole process of someone inspecting the item, the order will be recreated at the time it will be shipped. Is that the way it is supposed to happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
