I went to put it on this morning and I noticed that the hand that moves for seconds wasnt moving! I looked into the instructions and I can't figure it out? My husband said its broke after he looked at it. Is this fixable or should I turn it in for an exchange?

Honestly I have not dropped this watch or even gotten it wet!...Help!
