They charged me for using their label - which I have the return labels still on the receipts. Technically they owed me partial shipping back because of the defective BB ring. We pay enough for shipping it to us - then, if you use their label shipping it back it takes forever, so that's why I always pay up front. It's much cheaper and gets there faster!
