topic Change in Shop's shipping policy in Jewelry

I know many of you also shop at ShopNBC. Just so you know, they have removed the Add and Save shipping policy. Since they do not refund original shipping, as QVC does, it can be pretty expensive to return something to them. Just FYI, here's the response I received when I questioned this:

"Thank you for your email. We apologize for any lack of information regarding our Add & Save shipping promotion. Effective 12/31/10, we put the Add and Save Shipping offer on hold for an undetermined amount of time. We plan to re-launch it later in the year, most likely this spring, as an all-new program.

Please know that we are constantly working on ways to improve the customer experience and bring more savings to our customers. We expect S&H savings to increase for our customers over the course of the year. And remember: if you have a ShopNBC credit card, you could benefit from our Free Sipping &Handling promotions when they're offered, which are several times a month.

Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for shopping with ShopNBC."

So keep that in mind if you order during their designer jewelry day on Sunday
