Does Diamonique warranty cover other stones like pearls?

Recently QVC aired a presentation with a beautiful Diamonique cross necklace made with pearls (item # J429545). I have never bought anything from this line but just had to order this. My concern is that, if any of the pearls were to come out, the warranty would not apply. From reading it and also checking with Customer Service, I believe it would only apply to the actual Diamonique stones. Can't say for sure, however, because the CS people seemed to be reading exactly what I was, so they were taking their best guess and saying the pearls probably wouldn't be covered.

Would any of you have any experience with this type of situation--where you had a piece with other stones that you were able to have repaired or replaced? If so, would love to know what happened. Thanks!

I read the warranty it does appear only Diomonique diamonds are covered. It's possible if you lost a pearl, it would be up to Q's discretion if they will replace or not.

Interesting question though. Sorry, I don't have an answer as I do not have any mixed stone jewelry.

It has always been my understanding that the Diamonique warranty applies only to the Diamonique stones.

@Kachina624 I can honestly say I've never had stones fall out, cloud up, etc. that needed to be replaced. I've had some pieces from when Diamonique began on Q...maybe 25 trs.
