    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a pair of pearl stud earrings.  They were supposed to be 8-9mm white button pearls.  I got them today, and they're 10mm white spherical pearls.  Not want I wanted.  So I went online to arrange the return, and Amazon said, "Don't bother, we'll just refund you because you're such a good customer.  No need to return them, keep them with our compliments".&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Wow. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Wow &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/biggrin.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;OK, so it was only a $13 purchase, not anything fancy.  Probably not worth their while to process the return.  But still, that's a great way to impress customers.  &lt;EM&gt;I'm&lt;/EM&gt; impressed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
