I made an offer of $25, I knew it was about $50 originally.</P> <P>The seller got back to me, scolded me for my low price, saying "I paid way more for this originally." Well, I knew that. A lot of people put stuff on there to get rid of it and put $$ in their pocket. She wanted $49.00 for it, I declined.</P> <P>Is this normal?
