Are you trying to find that in any store/merchant like where is it sold, or trying to find out an item number to buy it from QVC? Or trying to find out who designed it?

I think showing a photo of something you are trying to "find" needs a sentence to amplify in what context you're looking for it.

Admittedly, maybe this is just too obscure for me, but perhaps someone already knows what kind of help to render. I'm stumped.
