Best prices are probably online, but you can also probably find them in department stores (maybe even Walmart), stand alone fashion jewelry stores that cater to teens, and craft stores (like Michaels).

There seem to be several styles, so be sure you are getting what you want..... some of the disc backs are made to be used with an earring back, so the disc is only a piece of plastic with a hole in it and it needs the regular earring back to stay on. Some of the disc backs have a metal earring back attached. And some of the disc backs are all plastic, but stay on by themselves, so you don't need an earring back with them. (I like this kind best as they are less obvious and thinner. But after a while the plastic no longer hold the earring on tightly, so you have to toss them out sooner). Also check the size (diameter) of the disc back to be sure it's what you want... some of them are very small.

I've bought little packages of them at WalMart. I use them all the time, since I am an old lady and earrings just don't sit right on my ears anymore without them.

If you're allergic to metal, the pure acrylic discs are available also. Rio Grande or Stuller.

I got a pair of silicone backs that included the disc with some purchase or other. I use these with just about everything. I should clarify, there is a metal tube lined in silicone with the disc attached. They never slip off.

These simple support discs will help alot with drooping, balance & support. Etsy has them in different sizes. They are inexpensive and reusable.
