@Shanus Were you watching regular Q or one of the other Qs? I try to catch the jewelry shows, but I haven't seen any lately (they're so few and far between.)

I always enjoyed what I used to refer to as "desperate husband" jewelry shows. They used to have them right before Christmas, and they had some nice pieces that were pretty pricey. They figured the husbands who hadn't shopped yet would buy anything (at any price) for their wives or SOs just to get it done.

@faeriemoon "Desperate husband" shows. Lol. This jewelry show was on original Q & Q2 yesterday with Diamonique shows and a few other jewelry shows sprinkled over the last 2 days. Maybe you catch items on "recently on air".

@faeriemoon Mine is one of those desperate husbands--he's a wonderful man, but has NO taste in jewelry. If I don't email him hints, I risk getting something he chose himself 😲

@VegasBusinessWoman Oh boy, do I hear you!! The hubs says, "Pick out whatever you want" and I'm right on it. He can't be left to his own devices when it comes to gifts for me.

@faeriemoon ...or they could just look in a few high end magazines and knock off famous diamond designs. They did a great job doing that w/ Tacori designs.

Mine is the same way. I hate to say it but he is dumbfounded when it comes to jewelry so he does the same way. Tells me to pick out whatever suits me and that suits me well.

@VegasBusinessWoman For the last few years, that's been a given. I like to go with hubby and choose something or ask him bluntly what he wanted to spend and go hunting for a "beauty" myself. We haven't purchased anything major...over $300...in awhile. I just don't need or wear any more jewelry.

@VegasBusinessWoman LOl that is why I told him to stay 50 yards away from even thinking of buying me jewelry. I just throw out a figure to him and say is that ok and he always responds yes. I got him trained well lol.
