topic NO MANUAL PULL ON TURQUOISE MONACO FOR ME! in Jewelry

Yes, I feel like Elaine at the soup kitchen. After having heard nothing since Valentine's Day, which is when my request was granted, I called CS to find out what's going on. I was told that a quality inspection was done on my returned ring, and nothing was found wrong with it. The brown spots that covered it are "natural to the stone," and all of the rings are going to have them. Therefore, my request was denied. After reading another post about the inadequacy of her hand-selected TMon, it is no wonder that I received such an answer.

I am very disappointed to say the least. Knowing that there were perfectly fine rings available at one time does not allow me to accept one that is inferior. The beauty of live TV was when Judith herself said that the ring being shown was dirty, and it shouldn't be like that -- or something to that effect.

There has been a lot of talk about this particular ring on the forum, so maybe this will clear things up for everyone. For $300, we should expect and be satisfied with the rings that we have been receiving. As far as I am concerned, this type of turquoise may have been acceptable for the slices and charms, but most certainly not for a Monaco. I don't think that Judith intended for her Monacos to look this way, do you?

I have considered ordering a bunch of them and picking the best of the lot, but after hearing what I was just told....not!!!!!!!!!! And for this to occur with what I think is one of the most iconic Judith Ripka pieces in the collection!
