That bracelet is undoubtedly an item from olden days when 18k gold was somewhat affordable. It'll probably be a cold day in you-know-where before we see that again. I'd look elsewhere for a gold charm bracelet and maybe build your own.

Beautiful charm bracelets on the bay in 18K and 14K gold. Not exactly like this one but beautiful charms. Also check Ruby Lane. There is a beauty on the bay astoria02 that looks like it came directly from Italy. Beautiful charms

@SharkE I have a very full charm bracelet and find eating out no issue. In fact, I play bunco while wearing it.

@SharkE. You become accustomed to bracelets which might seem bothersome. I wear an armload of bangles, never remove them. I don't even notice them. If I worked at a desk, they would undoubtedly clang but I don't do that anymore.

I wear two charm bracelets at one time and they never present a problem. I don't wear them around lose knit sweaters, however.

I will add that I have the coin charm bracelet from Silpada. The coins don't hook on anything so I can wear that one around lose knit sweaters.
