It’s resin filled so it’s probably a very thin layer of gold. But on the plus, it won’t dent.

My thoughts also but wondered if the gold layer would rub/wear off.

It is a beautiful bracelet. But it's resin coated with 14k. It's no different than any other plated piece of jewelry. I had one electroform piece from Q and vowed to never buy another. The gold scratched and peeled within the first few wearings.

Electroform used to be good...if this item is 10 or more years old, it might be more sturdy and well made.

Thank you. I am not sure how long this bracelet has been offered but I don’t believe it’s over 10 years. I tried asking Q if there was any way to read reviews from when it was originally offered but was told no. Am pretty sure I am going to pass on this.
