I sent a Diamonique bracelet to be repaired. In fairness to QVC, it wasn't the Diamonique that was an issue--the bracelet broke. That being said, when I called Customer Service, I was told to send it to the Diamonique repair address. They kept the bracelet for over a month, called me at 6:00 AM on a Saturday morning to get the item number of the bracelet (like I would have it on me at that time of morning). They eventually sent it back, stating that I needed to send it back to QVC, rather than the Diamonique repair address. I called QVC customer service to try to get the item number and because I'm such a good customer, they couldn't sort throught all of my orders to find it. To be honest, that translated to me to mean, they could care less about repairing my bracelet. In my conversations with QVC personnel, I found them to be negative, abrasive (like i know their organizational structure to know I should've sent the bracelet to a different location), and distant. I am a VERY good customer, but I'm not valued as one. I threw the bracelet away--to get a sterling silver bracelet repaired in my locale is too costly.

Oh wow! Not a good experience at all! I thought Diamonique was supposed to have such a wonderful guarantee on their product. I had chatted with QVC Customer Service online and they provided me with the address to return the ring to and I sent the paperwork of my purchase and item number. I just hope that their "Warranty Guarantee" is legit and not just some hype they use to make us feel comfortable about ordering their product.

Years ago I had a Diamonique ring in which the main stone grew cloudy. When I contacted QVC they told me they would replace the ring with the closest match they could find from their current stock. Since my ring had a substantial 14k white gold setting I decided to pass. I could imagine them replacing it with something like an Epiphany ring.

I think their warranty is for the birds.

I have had a couple diamonique pieces repaired with no problem because I did have the receipt. I believe the policy only applies to the stones, for instance breaking, getting cloudy or falling out and not to the setting, but I'm not positive about that.

When I get a new diamonique item, I have a box in my closet where I put the receipts so if I need one it will always be there.

This is an interesting thread, I had always assumed the DQ warranty only applied to the stone itself (as in not to turn colors or cloud) not the metal work.

I have had jewelry repaired by a local jeweler with no problems over the years, it never occurred to me to send it somewhere. I would be worried what I would get back. (or if I would ever see it again).

I sent a 14K white gold 3 stone Diamonique ring to the repair center on 01/23/23 due to a loose prong which was causing the center stone to become loose. Repair center received it on 02/08/23. I was told to allow 4-6 weeks for my item to be returned to me. Now, I am being told I must wait 12-16 weeks from the date they received the piece on 2/8/23 for the ring to be returned. This is ridiculous. Why is there no way for customers to contact the repair center directly and why do they not communicate the status of your repair request? How can it take them 12-16 weeks (3-4 MONTHS?!)!!!

I am sorry I sent the ring back to them now, but I have tried to take Diamonique pieces to several local jewelers and they won't touch the pieces because they aren't genuine diamonds. I just want my ring back or at least an update! I am also told the repair center is a very small department and that is why it takes so long. QVC also told me I cannot get a status update until the full 16 weeks has passed, which won't be for another whole month! This is unacceptable and nobody can give me any answers. I would simply reorder the ring, but it is permanently out of stock since the day I ordered my ring.

I save all of my Diamonique receipts in case I need something repaired and have to show proof of purchase. A lifetime warranty sounds great, but why does it have to take 3-4 months?
