Its looks like it's a beauty. Do you have a beautiful purple top to wear with it? Be careful not to bend it in the area where the stones are set.

Has pretty good size opening over an inch. 5 1/2 inner circumference

My wrist is 6.5 so it's a pretty good fit. Have 7purples and accent space on each end.

MMMMM do I have anything purple ? Just got my rose brown T shirt today from Q should look good with that. LOL Think I got a purplish shirt that would be keen.

They sent it from Phoenix on Mon I got today ! Now, that's service.

gonna use this vendor in future. This piece was 85 at the Cherokee Trading Post up in OK off I-40 would had been couple of hundred, easy.

You never know if people know what they're talking about , but, I had this one gal to tell me who owned a native American jewelry store that purple spiny is hard to find because of all the spiny out there only 5% of it is purple.

Mostly that orangey/reddish color

I think spiney oyster has become sort of rare. Perhaps it's regulated in some way. Several years ago I wanted a spiney oyster necklace and couldn't it anywhere. @SharkE

Check out that Etsy place the Wildhorses Trader whatever the link was I uploaded he has some good stuff, reasonable price and fast service.

I'm more of a bracelet type of gal . Not much on necklaces people look at my chest enough naturally don't need to draw any more attention upward. LOL

@SharkE. Here's a bracelet I've gotten within the past 2 years by silversmith Alex Sanchez. I think @Patbz turned me on to his work. I love the petroglyphs because I'm only 4-5 miles from Petroglyph National Monument. I've always been drawn to them.

For several years I bought from an online store that sold his work affordably....2 pairs earrings, 3 rings, pendant and then one day I saw this bracelet for around $200. They always had sales on holidays and I usually bought something.

When I got it, I couldn't believe the price I paid...its huge 1 3/4" wide and probably 2-3 oz in weight. With all my strength, I can't bend it. It's a good thing it fits. Alex's work has disappeared from my humble website and has moved over to Garland's in Sedona, a premier seller of all things Indian. Bracelets like mine are selling for about $650 and up. Don't tell me Indian jewelry isnt a good investment. I can see where his work would appeal to many people as theres always a fascination with petroglyphs. And no, theres no Sleeping Beauty; it looks like Kingman but wasn't identified.

Most I've paid, so, far is 500 for that Carlos Eagle big sleeping bty cuff I bought at Santa Fe. Paid 300 for a 'slinky' cuff think I uploaded pics of it yr ago or so.

I talked to a gal who spent 2,500 on a piece ! Yikes !

@SharkE Without oxidation most Southwestern jewelry would be totally blah. It makes all the applied motifs pop. They would otherwise just fade into the background.

My fav is the silver background.

One time I took in something to be cleaned forget what it was but when I got it back the whole thing had been 'antiqued' I pitched a fit and said "you ruined it I don't want a dirty background and I never told you to do that", etc.

They got it out of there you better believe it. Still can't get over the nerve of them doing that, then, when they restored it a stone fell out I just ended up sending it back to where I bought it and they refunded money.

@Kachina624: The first time I went to Santa Fe I tried on an Alex Sanchez bracelet similar to yours. It Was so tight I couldn't get it off; they put on hand lotion and off it came. It was very heavy and I was afraid I was going to have to buy this $800 bracelet! Yours is lovely (and what a deal).
