    <description>&lt;P&gt;I started a discussion regarding this hoping that someone who had purchased this could help me in getting it together but so far nothing.  I have sent 2 emails to her company, the 2nd one today. It has been almost 2 weeks since the first one and there has been no response.  I have always liked and been a supporter of her products but after this experience I am done.  No matter how bad my jewelry storage problems become or any other, I have purchased my last Lori Grenier product.  It's a shame that she and her company don't care about their customers.  I know it probably won't make a difference but I am considering trying to get enough information to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the state where her company is located.  It is so sad that some of these vendors don't believe in customer service!  I am sorry for the negativity in this post but I needed to put my two cents worth in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
