I would skip on by. Her customer service is awful, as is Heidi Daus'.

I've also found the quality of her product is sadly lacking. To hear her gross exaggeration, you'd expect it to be perfect.

I have only one fantastic piece by her from 15 years ago - 36" faceted black onyx necklace- my evening stunner!

this is a comment as to the poster who said Heidi daus has bad customer service, I have only had had great experience with Heidi's customer service. I've had a ring for several years, and have lost a stone, both times I not only had it back in record time, I paid nothing for the repair. I don't however, know anything about Dallas's c.s. I just had to throw my 2 cents in, didn't think Heidi deserved a bad rap.
