I used to have a really great experience when a particular sales girl who has now left was there, but recently the service has been just awful. During their big Black Friday sale I emailed them on a Monday morning asking if I could see pictures of the silver pieces they had in stock. It took me having to email them twice over a two day period with me feeling like i was being a bothersome nag (kind of messed up that I should feel like I am bothering a store that I want to give money to) to get a response, and then another day before they sent me pictures, and a full 12 hours after that before they got back to me to place my order.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;After all of that they told me that my order was going to ship out this past Monday, and after not receiving anything in the mail by yesterday I emailed them asking if I could have a tracking number so that I could see when it might arrive. I got a short response telling me that they still hadn't even mailed it out yet (!!!!), and that they would ship it out that day and would email me back with the tracking number. Its now 24 hours later and they still haven't.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have tried so hard to have infinite patience with this store since I have friends that have worked in retail and I know what a busy time the holidays are, but honestly, this experience has left me so disgusted and frustrated. I'm wondering if this is the norm with this outlet, or if maybe I just got unlucky.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I will say though that in the Ripka retail stores that I have visited, I have always had the most exceptional service.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;With that said though, I can honestly say I will not be buying anything from the Woodbury Commons Ripka outlet for a very long time, if ever again.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
