I wish the different shopping channels would spread out their gem days and not be all within a week or two of each other! I just made a bunch of evine purchases last week when they had their gem week. Phooey!

Got the email today but unfortunately deleted it. It's a choice of three different gemstone rings set in gold, I believe. I thought they were rather uninspiring.

It is a choice of gemstone rings, the two expensive options are opal and Sleeping Beauty turquoise, the onyx version is priced lower. They are set in gold, oval cabochon cut. I would like a turquoise ring set in gold, but this option is more than I'm willing to spend. I hope everyone who orders one loves it.

It is good that Q entertain us with jewelry. And the reason for all networks doing it is Valentine Day coming close.

But speaking of TSV , it is very unimpressive to me, same old,same old. Even old classical style could be made more appealing,IMHO.

I started watching last night and thought the prices were kind of high. I did see a bracelet that Mary Beth was presenting in emeralds, sapphires or rubies this morning, I thought it was reasonable however it has the adjustable closure witht the chain hanging and I do not like that style. I would probably get the chain stuck in something. I do enjoy when Mary Beth presents jewelry. She is always calm and not over the top.

I was thinking the same thing, yellow! The bracelet is messy with those hanging chains... and the stones are sooo included! That is why it is priced like that. Nope, not for me.

While I like to see some jewelry on QVC, I agree with you about this TSV. Just looks cheap to me and nothing special. As far as Valentine's Day, it seems like this show should have been on a week or two ago for those that may want to buy something as a gift.

I wish QVC would do more jewelry shows more frequently. For example, maybe a gemstone/birthstone show for each month.

That would be nice to have monthly shows. But the management probably doesn't see enough sales to do it.

JMO but I think the Q is always late to the party. The other channels have had jewelry on constantly. However, I will never complain when the Q puts jewelry on instead of the same ole even if I'm not buying. Enjoy ladies!

This maybe a little off topic but I heard a caller this am speaking with Nancy H. The caller said she came home early to view the programs. She said she was buying the Sleeping Beauty TSV. Nancy said to the caller she should take pictures of the TSV so when she passed it down they would know what it was. She said they would not have to research to find out about the gem. For a few moments, the caller went silent and it seemed like she was taken back with that comment. I could not understand why this needed to be said.
