I contacted customer service for help and they said it does not qualify for a return, maybe if I had a warranty? Do I have a warranty? I don't know who else to ask besides them. I just finished my last easy pay. The bag is useless now. I'm not sure what to do next. That is too expensive of a bag for me just to eat it. Does anyone know if you can contact B. Makowsky directly?
