    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Sarah,&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;How are you, haven't 'seen' you in a while. I hope everything is good!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have one question for you. It's for the kristin round satchel. I remember you posted a pic on the coach thread of the black one after you had it trained, so the 'ears' were folded down. How do you do that, the ear training?
