My favorites are loafers, ballet flats, boat shoes, sneakers, and wedges. I like suede shoes too.

I would never wear clear shoes or clogs.

I'm going to stick with:

Elevated flip flops

Colorful sneakers, retro sneakers

silver metalic

Woven and raffia textures (would love a bag in raffia or straw)

In spring I will wear mostly comfortable but cute sneakers, in summer it's usually slide on sandals or thongs.

ETA: I love loafers but evry time I get a pair I have to return them since my heels lift out of the shoes.

As soon as the weather gets warm, I wear sandals...only sandals.

I have many pairs from different brands, but I live in Merrell's. I own five pairs in different colors in this style. They change a bit from year to year. Mine do not have any Velcro.

The don't rub, slide or hurt in any way and they stay on. I prefer the model without the back strap. I also wear some Birkenstocks and dressy sandals, but Merrell is my #1 choice.

I wear slip on's, cowboy boots, mid shaft biker type/work boots, and wedges mostly....

I want to find some pale pink lug sole loaffers and some cute low profile sneeks......

I don't do trends, so I'll be sporting running shoes, golf shoes, loafers, ballet flats, and quite honestly snow boots for a bit longer.

Sometimes it takes years to find the right wardrobe or fashion item that works 100%.

And then there's the functional items that need to be a certain way for us .... shoes .... a handbag.

When you find the best thing, what's happening in fads or trends becomes almost totally unimportant.

I own and wear ballet flats, loafers, and boat shoes. I still have a peep toe heel that I can wear. I wouldn't mind a pretty light color suede heel for wearing when I sing at church. I might look for an a cute sneaker. My current sneakers are solid white, black, or navy so that would be different for me. I can't wear slingbacks because my heel always slides off the back.

Haven't returned to choir yet. Maybe around or after Easter. Feeling a bit better, but still getting my strength back. I have one more medical test at the end of March. Hoping I get good news.
