    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if there is another style besides the Rythm Orthotic Lace-Up sneaker?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;which provides support at the ball of the foot, not just the heel.  I do have plantar fasciitis and I had Morton's neuroma and I want to prevent this from recurring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
