HSN not arrived at the warehouse but sold me?

I ordered 857-597 (NEW) Easy Spirit Walking Clogs. They sold them to me even tho they do not have them as of yet at the warehouse. The charge was on my e-mail & then disapeared. I called customer service & they told me that they have no idea when they will be arriving at the warehouse. I was told there were many complaints on ordering different items. They need to get their act together. I hardly ever buy from them & much prefer The Q's customer service. Did anyone here order them?

@Kabella I wanted to check out the item but the number is wrong. I would try the Easy Spirit website. I have ordered many items from HSN, more than from QVC, and have never had a problem with their shipping.

@kaydee50 The # is correct. they are the Easy Spirit Travelport Walking Clog. ETA: I am glad its been fine for you but CS told me they have been getting lots of complaints lately.

@Kabella That is a bummer if you truly needed these clogs. Are you on some kind of backorder now? I'm confused, they emailed your charge? So, you have paid and now they will not ship?

I have to say I have ordered hundreds of items from HSN through the years. I've never had a situation where I ordered something and then they say it never came in stock. I do believe this is a very unique situation. Don't be discouraged by one order or by what one CS rep says.

I have been extremely satisfied with HSN's items, delivery times, and on any returns. I wouldn't judge HSN by one order, especially one that seems so unusual.

@cjm61 No, I really don't need them but I do like the style. No there are no backorders because when it aired it was a new item with a markdown. In Fact, I just looked up the Clog & only saw a few orders.

Yes, they did e-mail me the charge plus SH & tax then it was removed. Its just they they do not have as of yet the clogs at the warehouse & shouldn't sell them. I will keep an eye on it for now.

The reason why I am discouraged is they just charged me twice for one pair of Jeans I ordered which I did not want to mention as I am not a cronical complainer & did not make a mistake on my part. I don't order from them often so that is my experience. I am sure many people are satisfied including you. Thanks again

All is well I got the clogs & they fit well as well as the jeans. I even made another purchase today lol.....could not pass it up!
