An Answer to a Prayer

I thought I'd found the Holy Grail of shoe storage when I saw this revolving stand that holds 96 pairs. I rushed to place an order but was stopped dead at the price on Wayfair, $2030. Anybody have a handy hubby? Back to the drawing board.

Shocking price!

Walmart $15.21. It won't be as sturdy, but it's an option.

Revolving takes more room.

I'm not @Kachina624 , but if she's like me the shoe purchases have been spread out over many years. And you're assuming she has expensive shoes. I have a lot of shoes, and that price tag would sure stop me!

Years ago I bought a large shelving unit that sits against the wall in my walk in closet and holds a LOT of shoes. Didn't cost anything near that ridiculous price.

@ECBG That's a good design that would keep the dust off but takes up too much space.

@Zhills Looks pretty complex to me with angles and all the grooves that would have to be cut, top and bottom, for dividers.

Where do you get the $15.21 price? I see a similar shoe storage set up at WM for $48, which is still a good price, but not $15.21 which would be a giveaway.

That's where I looked. (I abbreviated it as WM.) I just don't see that whole storage unit for $15.21. Sorry if I wasn't clear. If I'm being dense, please don't take offense - I'm on day 4 of COVID!

Thank you @Citrine1 . We managed to avoid it for three years, but Mr. Shoes had cataract surgery on a Wednesday and by the weekend he had Covid. Tried our best, but son and I ended up catching it, too. Thankfully our cases are not too bad - not fun for sure, but not the worst either.

Glad to hear that your symptoms aren't that bad. My husband and I had covid when it first came out. Our symtoms were very mild; I've had colds that were far worse. To be honest, I didn't even know people were still getting it!
