I haven't ordered anything from them before, but am very impressed with their prices, shipping & returns. Q had a pair of Vince Camuto shoes I liked but found them cheaper at Zappos. I received them in three days, unfortunately they were not comfortable and had to return them. They offer free returns and when you take it UPS and it is scanned they refund you immediately. I went to UPS two hours ago and already have my refund. I will be shopping there more often.

I agree they are good. You also have a year to return if you have to do so. I think they are owned by Amazon.

They are a wonderful place to shop for shoes. I have been ordering from them for years.

At one time, they delivered the next day...now it takes a few, but delivery is still fast.

They carry unusual sizes. My youngest granddaughter was born with big feet. When she was 6, she needed a woman's size shoe, but of course, she was a child. I could buy children's styles in woman's sizes. I ordered a few pairs and sent back the ones we didn't want free.

I order Acorn Madison Moc slippers a few times a year for my friend in a senior center. She loves them and no longer will wear shoes.

They always have a great selection.

I have been purchasing from them for years. They sell other items besides shoes. I often buy clothing. Never had a problem.

I just received one pair of sandals and a pair of sneakers from Zappos. Sometimes their prices are a little higher. I sigh into Zappos with my Amazon login and usually get my items within two days or sometimes one day.

I just ordered from them last week. I had not ordered since 2018 and I'm very impressed with them. Their selection and pricing are great and now they carry much more than shoes. They have clothing, jewelry and much more. I used my Amazon Prime to sign in. My delivery was free. I bought some shoes that I saw on QVC that were $20 more on Q and on Q the navy was out of stock but Zappos had them. I'll definitely be back.

I have ordered from Zappos for years. When I was a teacher, they even exchanged a pair of leather boots in the mail, no charge because I was a long time customer!

I just started shopping with them last year and will continue to do so. Just got another pair of sneakers in the mail from them. Shoes are one of my weaknesses. Also ordered a pair from Target in two sizes and 3 more pair on sale from Belks. Belks and Target I can return locally.

@Pecky Zappos is wonderful. I have never had a problem with them at all. Back in Feb. of this year I ordered some sandals and I got the email from them my package had been delivered, YEA. But I had not. I looked outside my office door in case the UPS man just left in the hallway (like covid days) but nothing there. Within 1 hour of a couple of emails and text messages Zappos had another pair was on its way, and they first pair credited back to my account. With only me telling them if the first pair did miraculously show up I would send them back. Late that afternoon a woman in our building was taking a smoke break outside and noticed all these packages piled high outside our building by the loading dock. The new UPS man did not know he was supposed to deliver all to each office individual office suite. She got a cart and made the deliveries herself along with my sandals. I called Zappos to stop the other pair but it was too late they were on their way and came the next day, I just declined them to my USUAL UPS guy. He was horrified when he heard what had happened. Zappos was amazing.

Love Zappos. Been ordering from them for several years! Great to work with. I remember I ordered a dress from them. When it arrived it smelled heavily of perfume. I of course returned it and they gave me a coupon to use on my next purchase. Cant go wrong with them!!

I have such good luck with Zappos. They must carry a very large inventory. I almost always find something that fits my hard to fit feet. And the return process is smooth. It really needs to be since they get a lot of returns, but it is easy peasy to deal with them.
