That's part of my problem, however. I don't have a wallet that matches. I do try to get brands I like that are little more costly on sale. The good thing is that I have them forever. I have loads of shoes that could be worn from year to the next. For that I'm grateful.

Love that classic black suede boot. I just bought a pair of white boots (without the platform) that are similar in design to the black boot. Haven't bought white or cream boots in 30 years.....go figure. Like your styles.

Lovely picks-leather goods sometimes make me think they should be labeled "works of art." I'm that way with handbags. Sometimes I purchase one just because it is so beautiful, or the color is so unique, or the features are just what I like...or pretty much any excuse I can think of!

I love shopping for shoes and boots too. I rarely buy shoes online because I need to try on shoes before buying. Several years ago I cut way back on shoe purchases. I stopped going into shoe stores unless I needed a replacement pair. It was very difficult. I need to wear the shoes I own instead of buying more. 🥴 It's always a work in progress since I love shoes.
