Yes Zappo's is very fast. I ordered some sneakers and they arrived at my door 2 days later. They were the wrong size so i exchanged them for another size. UPS picked up the wrong size sneakers at my door and the correct size sneakers arrived the same day. Free shipping both ways, no delays, no hassles.

Years ago, having ordered a lot from Zappos, I had ordered a pair of leather boots from them. They didn't fit my foot, and I reordered and asked if they could just charge me the difference and exchange through the mail. They did it!

The thing about Zappos is, although, you may be able to find past styles on there that are on sale elsewhere, they aren't reduced.
