Absolutely NO. If I want black boots, I will buy a pair. If I want off white boots, I will buy a pair. I do not like the look of this two tone boot. However, everyone has different taste.

Diana Rigg wore a pair like this but with a flat heel when she played Emma Peel on “The Avengers”. She rocked those mod looks back in the day!
