Sole Society Booties Question

I'm looking for a pair of cute ankle boots/shoe boots to wear with jeans and leggings when the weather gets cooler. Sole Society has some nice styles, but I have never tried the brand. Are they comfortable and do they run true to size? I'm almost always a size 8 and am on the narrow side of medium widths. Also, regarding the bootie posted below, does this style tend to make your feet look larger?

Love sole society and they do run true to size. But go on their website, the last time I ordered, they had a 20% discount
