It wasn't my favorite style, but I couldn't pass it up for that price. I used it once and put it in the closet. They gave me $122.50 for a replacement item valued at $245 or greater. I ordered the Dillen II Large Pocket Satchel in Tangerine this past Monday and got it today.</P> <P>The bag is gorgeous, the process couldn't have been easier and the lady I dealt with at Dooney couldn't have been nicer.
