Laces for Vionic Sneakers

I never received the replacement laces for their TSV sneakers from months ago. I did call CS and was told they were coming. That was about a month ago. I've got serious doubts they're coming.

From someone who actually got them - do different laces make all that much difference in fit or appearance? Is it worth asking again? TIA

They are necessary, IMHO. They're longer than what came with the shoes. I got my replacement set a couple of weeks ago. I will add.......they came in a plain envelope with Vionic return address in tiny print in the upper left. I almost took it for junk mail.

Customer Service gave me a credit for two pair of laces - $8.92 and the laces came in the mail 2 days later. They did make a difference in the look. The originals were too short but the tied. I notified them that the laces came. I’d call again.

I received my laces as well. Call CS again.
