Size 2W ??? Huh?

There is a review on the TSV shoes where the person complains that they don't fit her foot properly because she wears a 2 wide. So the sizing only starts at 5. I think a 2 is a childs size. Another among the many very questionable QVC reviews.

Well, she goes on to say the straps are way too wide and don't fit on her foot. Never does she say anything like " I know I have an odd size foot".

My guess is that she means that the width of her feet is double wide - 2W - not her shoe size. As in size 8 2W.

I would guess the reviewer meant she wore a xx-wide and forgot to put in the size.

On the topic of reviews, I read one this morning that disturbed me. A reviewer was being critical of other reviewers for mentioning what they perceived as a flaw in a product. A review should be your observations about the item, not a criticism of other's review. I was surprised her review passed the test for content. The one criticizing did not see it as a flaw. This was not the TSV, but something else.
