I generally wear a 7 wide but picked out the 7.5. Most all colors were sold out in the 7.

I haven't bought their sandal offerings but I've had and have several pairs of their Mary Jane and bootie-style shoes. I find them extremely comfortable but I do have to go up 1/2 size for the toe-box area to fit. The Jambu's I've bought have worn well and when I've disposed of one pair I've bought another.

I hope someone can chime in on the sandals.

I have a pair of boots - went up 1/2 size and fit great - they really have no support in them. I wear my orthotics in them. I have two pair of the Jambu "Robin" - they are nice because they can get wet and dry quickly. But I wore them walking dogs and not meant for that. I like the new sandal too, but don't know if I would wear enough to justify.

I guess they are pretty tasty since my dog ate one of them.

So I called to see if I could get a replacement buckle to replace the one that was all chewed up, the customer service people were very nice and although they didn't have the exact shoe size replacement they sent me a shoe that I had cut and sewn onto the shoe that was chewed.

Hope that makes sense.

But I learned alot, the shoes at Evine and at Macy's are made for them. My shoe in particular was actually plastic and not leather, there was a similar pair on the Jambu site for a higher price but it was explained that mine bought at Macy's was plastic, their site was leather.

The lady at Jambu's customer service explained to me that they do not want to compete with the retailers and generally the retailers want a cheaper shoe and something that is made for them only.

I liked my shoes for the little time I wore them, the replacement buckle isn't the same fit so time worn is very little.
