Chloe Susanna Booties or 5050? Can buy only one

I am in a dilemma whether to buy the chloe susanna booties (black with gold) or the 5050 over the knee boots (black is boring, i like the blue). Keeping the cost aside, I am unable to decide which one can be used more often and comfortably. I seem to be partial to the chloe boots as they can be worn all year. But still confused. Let me know your opinions.

My clothing style - mostly jeans / leggings, dresses that hit my knee or below, shorter dresses with stockings. i dont wear shorts or mini skirts.

Here's a vote for the chloe. It just looks like something you could wear with many different outfits for many different occasions. I think the tall boots are just too limiting in options.
