I'm telling you, I just don't know anymore. On every shoe, there are massive bald sections where there is no suede; just shiny leather. Obvious as can be and it'll take a month to get a replacement if I wish go do that.

They fit well and fee/lookl good on but they all look like second-hand/used shoes.

I am so fed up with this crapp....

Are you sure it's just not "distressed" leather? They looked like that to me when they were presented on air.

These shoes just arrived TODAY. I put one pair own to see how they feel and then saw that the entire toe box had NO suede on them!! Then checked all the other shoed and saw where they were bald in numerous places. BRAND NEW shoes should NOT look like this, sorrynotsorry.

I don't recall anyone saying they were "distressed" in any presentation. They did go on about the "wonderful" suede boots and how great the suede was, etc. If I want distressed,I'll buy something that is marked "distressed leather".

Oh. I thought you had worn them. Which ones are they? I know some of the styles come in both styles.

The Suede water repellent ankle boots that were the TSV on 11/14/15. Black, carob and red.

Funny thing, I also ordered the Sporto seude boots on HSN that was their TSV the day before...GORGEOUS and NO bald spots. Oh and NO S & H or tax.

Guess whose boots I'm buying from now on and from where?
