Why do the models' feet hang off the front of Marc Fisher Shoes ? It isn't because of the height because their toes overhang the fronts of the flattest of thongs and the 4 inch wedges . The hosts have the same issue. Even though they sit for the greater portion of each presentation , unless the shoe is obviously two sizes too large and they rear back on the heels, their toes overshoot the footbeds of this designer's shoes. Perhaps it's foot width?

I'd never order another pair of his shoes. He may be "royalty" in the shoe business but his shoes have a horrible fit. I ordered a pair of sandals and the straps were about 2" too wide. And I have a medium foot. The shoes were cute but they were a horrible fit. Most of the reviews on the shoe I ordered were the same. So imagine the show you viewed had a similar horrible fit.

I own one pair of Marc Fisher shoes, they are zebra striped calf hair platform pumps. Of course they are unwearable, they are the kind of shoes you would take to a restaurant and sit down to show them off (while keeping a pair of comfy shoes in your tote bag. They look great as do other brands like this (Vince Camuto and Nine West come to mind) but they aren't wearable for long.

I bought these on clearance at Winners a couple of years ago fully aware that they were gorgeous shoes but not really ones you could wear for very long!

By the way, ever notice how the hosts and guests sit down on those comfy chairs to demonstrate these kinds of shoes, only the model is walking around in them. That should tell you something!
