I'm done with this "as is language." This is the second time I have ordered an as is bag and the second time it came with no kiss lock coin purse. To me, as is could mean a scratch on the bag or something just not quite right with the bag. But I am fed up with receiving no kiss lock coin purse. I read other reviews and people are so happy with their purchase because the bag is mint and all of the items were received. I'm Done. QVC is annoying me lately.

I'm not a Logo Lock fan, but were I, this is probably one bag I'd not order 'as is', only because those kiss lock purses are so popular that I suspect a number of people order the bags just for the purse and then return it without them. If QVC begins to track returns better and were they to hold those making incomplete returns accountable, some of this would stop. They really ought to offer those purses as a separate item. They'd sell a lot of them.
