topic a question for those of you who have owned LV Epi in Shoes

I've been looking at LV Epi bags on eBay and I've noticed that almost all of them have creases on the sides. my question is: if you've owned an Epi bag for some time, have any of the creases ever actually developed into a crack in the leather? or are the creases just benign signs of softening as the bag ages and not necessarily a problem?

thanks in advance for your advice.

I don't have an LV Epi, but would be exceedingly cautious on this.

I own a vintage LV Speedy and before I started packing it with tissue when not using it, I noticed creases, (although the body is coated cotton and not leather) . It didn't seem to affect the integrity of the bag. If on eBay, I'm sure if you sent the seller a question, he/she would give you an answer. Good luck!
