Is there a cut off date for holiday returns?

I purchased a pair of Lamo boots on Nov. 27 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She is still debating on whether or not to keep them. How long of a return period would be left for this purchase? Thanks, Gail

I had a return make it to QVC dock but never got scanned in. QVC policy is 12 business days from the day you send it back until they will do anything about it. Customer service was very nice but it was a long wait and several calls until I finally got my returned processed. I recommend sending any return asap and keeping all return receipts.

Good morning that is correct January31...they extended it for just that reason. [to return X-mas gifts.]

I always get confused with the return policy ... in this instance where Christmas stuff has a 1/31/15 return date does it mean that the item has to be in QVC,s possision by 1/31/15 or does it mean that the stamp that the post office puts on the package when returning it has to be no later than 1/31/15
