PurseN Organizer Insert is the best for medium/large handbags!

After an extensive online search for a purse organizer, I finally found one! A medium size purse organizer by PurseN is amazing. It fits medium size handbags but you can expand it to fit a large purse and it fits in great. A little pricey but it's worth every penny. I got the lace one with solid color pink satin lining so it's easy to see what is inside. You can find those on PurseN website or do the search for the name on Amazon. I got mine for $50. V32055 by Pursfection looks good too, and it's less expensive, but I like the PurseN better because I can modify it based on the bag size. It's true that the insert adds weight but if I change purses a lot, I often leave some items behind. So, now I'll have everything I need (or might need) with me at all times

The only time I use a purse organizer is when I'm carrying my Dooney totes that don't have zippers across the top. The best one for me since I want the security of a zipper is the Pursfection for totes that has the closing zipper all away across the organizer. I have 3 of these, one in each tote and they work beautifully without adding weight to my bags.

Mine weights 8 oz empty. It's 10.5 inches long, 6 inches high, and the depth can be adjusted on the sides so it can be 4.5, 5.5, or 6.5 inches deep. The quality is amazing. It was worth the price.

PurseN organizers are SO well-made. I bought this one in roses:

However! For my Big Bag hobo styles, an organizer changes the shape, so I no longer use it in them. The drapey look disappears. The Q's GILI Roma 2, for example, completely loses the draped form I trained it to have with an organizer.

I use the Purse Perfector and love it. They're having a sale on some of their inserts right now, which makes it a great deal. I bought mine from their website several years ago.

I just put the organizer insert into my GILI Roma 2 and the bag didn't lose its drape on the sides. The insert is only 10.5 inches long so if you place it in the middle of the bag, it looks good to me. Now, that being said, I haven't tried walking around with the insert inside yet. It's possible it will shift in a larger bag while you walk. But I like how it gives my slouchy bags some structure. Also, to me, the longer the better. Most other brands have inserts 9 inches long or less. Most of my bags are at least 15 inches long, so 10.5 inches long insert will work better with those.

The current Pursfection on QVC is great because it zips all along the top- if the purse tumbles over no worry about your bag becoming a mess! I thought spending $20 was a lot- when there are so many under $10 versions out there!!

To each their own. I tried the $7 insert from Amazon and didn't like it.

My goodness how much do you carry in your purse? This organizer looks like its for a baby bag! I only carry a cosmetic bag, wallet and another misc pouch in my purses. Its all I need.

I don't carry a cosmetic bag or misc bag so the PurseN works great. It's only 10" in length, so it's the perfect size for a normal handbag. I do carry keys, phone, work badge, mascara, eyelash curler, brow pencil, comb, gum, wallet, pen, lip balm, hand cream. I like to reach in and grab what I need without taking out and opening an additional bag.

Does anyone know of an organizer that is twelve inches or longer? I want an organizer that extends nearly along the length of the bag. I checked Amazon, but didn't find any. I also want nylon, not polyurethane.

The largest ones that I've seen are 10". I have a Chameleon and a Purse Perfector, and they're both 10". Both are great organizers, too.

Different women have different needs... I carry glasses in a case, a portable charger, a pen, gum, tissues, a small box with painkillers, among other things...and the insert is great for putting all of these in small pockets and then transfer from purse to purse without forgetting anything.

Thanks OP! I looked into other tyeps, but some seem so cramped and worthless. I will definitely check it out. It would be worth every penny if it suits my handbags.

here you go http://www.amazon.com/organizer-insert--ENCLOSED-BOTTOM--BUCKET/dp/B00425WSDG/ref=sr_1_23?ie=UTF8&qid=1418497795&sr=8-23&keywords=purse+insert but you gotta be careful with those because they can change the shape of your bags, if you are planning to use them in a large slouchy hobo. I got one like this and had to return it because the upper corners were sticking out too much and I lost the drape on the sides of the bag. Check that brand on Amazon. They have more options.
