Wish they sold Coach... Saw a great bag in the Coach store and would love to easy-pay for it. Maybe one day QVC will sell this line... Anyone else feel the same way?

I can get Coach at Lord & Taylor or Macy also but easy-pay would make it affordable at this time.

Have you visited the Coach website? If not, please visit and sign up for e-mail and special offers.

A couple of times a year Coach reduces their bags and has a 24 hour sale. I have purchased bags at less than half price. When you get an e-mail, you have to decide fast, because some bags sell out in a few hours. I have a Coach lanyard that I wear to work that I paid around $10 for. They have wonderful deals and I have many bags to prove it.

I honestly don't care for the new stuff and the Spring preview isn't exciting me either. It would still be a nice option though I agree with the department store sales. Discounts and no shipping costs usually take me there as my #1 purchase site.

I am not crazy about all the Coach bags and I do have several of the older ones. A woman was sitting next to me in the hair salon and had a Coach handbag that I admired. The name of the bag is ""Edie"" and she had it in red. Really a nice looking bag and not to big. Maybe one day...

The retail store often sends out $100 coupons off $300..

I was in the Outlet the other day and they certainly have cheapened down the brand..along with MK, Kate Spade and Vera Bradley...all outlet prices and made for the outlet..

No, I would not like to see Coach sold on QVC, as I do not believe the bags would be the same quality. I received a QVC Dooney bag as a Christmas gift, then later received another high end store Dooney bag in a giveaway situation when my daughter switched to Coach and Brahmin. The giveaway Dooney is a much higher quality bag than my QVC Dooney. I don't want the quality compromised in order to increase sales opportunities.

Nope, If I wanted a Coach bag on Easy Pay, I would just put it on a credit card and do my own "Easy Pay". Sometimes, I do browse around the Coach store, I do like many of their high end all leather bags. I don't like the fabric bags with the Coach insignia all over them. Too many knock offs around. That's what killed the brand.

Not a big fan of Coach, but the more variety the better...

Now, as for ordering from L&T, I gave up trying. They used to be a great shopping resource and while they still sell Coach, the issue is whether or not they actually have to ship once you place an order and they confirm it... I've had them cancel two orders recently because while their website continued to show the item for weeks after, they were sold out before my order was even placed and they confirmed it... Seems to me the once mighty have fallen and that their operation has become rather shoddy. Calling CS is like whistling in the wind... Maybe you'll get a live body and maybe you won't and if you do, maybe they'll actually know what they're talking about and be helpful or maybe they'll be utterly clueless... Never thought I'd see the day when I'd no longer care for L&T, though I will say that shopping in the stores is a whole different experience from their on-line operation.

RedTop, Coach quality is declining without being sold on QVC. For example - Two years ago, I purchased the Coach Kelsey in brown, and also in red. Love the bags. Two weeks ago, I walked into my local Coach store and looked at the Kelsey in both black and in gunmetal. I was so disappointed in how they've cheapened this bag. In the newer Kelsey bags, the shoulder strap is made of thinner leather. I compared the Kelsey shoulder strap of the Kelsey I was carrying to the new Kelsey, and that strap is thinner and cheap looking. Another example is the Kelseys I bought two years ago are lined with beautiful satin. The new Kelseys are lined with a rough, cheap looking grosgrain type of fabric. Also, the new Kelseys have a much smaller metal Coach logo on the front of the bag, and they also don't come with the Coach metal hang tag. All of my Coach bags are bought at a regular Coach store - not an outlet or discount store. I came home and looked online to see pics and read descriptions of the Kelsey from the official Coach website. The cheapened Kelsey bags I saw at my local Coach store is the new style of Kelsey, with thinner leather straps, cheap lining, and smaller and missing Coach signature metal hardware. I'm sure many women will continue buying their bags, but I won't be one of them.

I'm a coach fan, but am not getting into the new styles. I have four (maybe five?) bags that are around 5 or 6 years old that I rotate. They look new and I will probably get sick of them before they wear out.

Why not? Coach has already 'dumbed down' the brand w/ outlet crud, so why not. QVC is slowly turning into a big outlet mall.

I don't have any interest in spending big bucks on the mass-marketed, China-made Coach bags of today. Sorry, but that's speaking from 30 years of buying them.

In all fairness, I think this is a rather mean statement and shows how a person can make a blatant statement without thinking things through. Everyone, regardless of WHO they are likes to have something that isn't a necessity. Its called pampering ourselves after all our hard work! Its just built into just about every woman's DNA and I suspect, yours as well.

Reason: Many people aspire to own a really nice leather handbag but with everyday things like house, car, food, lights, water, gas, etc. taking front seat, they have to forego that aspiration because an initial outlay of, say for EXAMPLE, $400-500 is just way too big and is totally out of the ballpark. However, within their budget, perhaps they can afford it if its broken down in 5 payments! Then its a real possibility.
