I filled out the paperwork to send back and marked refund and then called customer service and reordered in 7.5 Wide again. A few days later, my new order arrived and it contained 1 7.5 Wide and 1 8.0 Medium. I called customer service again and ordered 7.0 Wide since the 7.5 Wide boots were now sold out. I finally received the 7.0 Wide boots but low and behold another shipment arrived replacing the first boots that I ordered in 7.5 Wide Brown with a pair of 10 Medium Navy Boots. What the heck is going on at QVC with their quality control. This is totally unacceptable.
