I have a bag that is a barrel style made of all weather leather (sorry, don't know the style name). Now own 4 of 'em in different styles/materials.</P> <P>I was on a flight sitting in the bulkhead and rushed to put my water bottle into my bag and get into my seat. The pressure from the flight forced the water from the bottle and filled the bottom quarter of my hand bag. (Or, I didn't tighten the top of my water bottle, something I am guilty of....) Imagine my surprise and horror when I found a pool of water in my bag! My Blackberry, wallet, make-up case, all were soaked and the water was sloshing from side to side. But, not a drop out leaked out of the bag.</P> <P>Dumped the water out, dried out the interior and all of the contents. The handbag is still perfect and does not look like it has been touched by anything.
