Has anyone had any luck repairing the cracked handles on the original Roma 2 tote? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't want the bag to become totally unusable as the body of the bag is still in good shape.

I'm a Pats/Brady fan too! As for the bag, when the problem was first discussed, some of those in the know recommended some form of leather sealer. I don't recall what it was, but if you search the older threads, perhaps you'll come across it... You might also take it to a good local shoe shop, as they might well know what the sealer is or be able to offer some other 'fix' for the bag. You might even consider contacting QVC CS to see if they have any suggestions. I got the dark brown one and so far have no problems. Good luck to you!

I wish I could recall the sealant recommended, and I did search to see if I saved the information, but sadly, couldn't come across it...

Yes, Go Pats...

On the advice of someone, I ordered Edge Kote, which can be used to replace the cracked sealant. I bought mine from Amazon.

There is a website - warfieldfamiliy.com that has instructions on how to actually use it.

I think the path is BLOG/PURSES/REPAIRS/SLIDESHOW/TUTORIAL

I would contact QVC Customer Service. If you have cracked handles on your Original Roma 2 bag, it was defective. Maybe Customer Service would be willing to honor your return, and you could order one of the new versions (apparently the problem has been taken care of in the new bags).
