Do Dept Stores every have coupons you can use on Michael Kors handbags?

There is a Michael Kors handbag, that some dept stores carry. Macy's is one of them. The coupons I have exclude Michael Kors. Just wondering if anyone knows when I could use a coupon, since the bag is expensive. Thanks!!

Occasionally, they will not exempt certain brands. You have to keep watching, but every once in a while their sales really are all-inclusive! It also pays to look often at what they have on sale and clearance, because all brands, Kors included, show up there regularly.

Coupons are accepted if the MK bag is already on sale, in all Macy's stores, but NOT online. The coupons all say that MK is excluded, but it is not. I have bought many MK bags and wallets with the coupon. HTH!

Watch for a Macy's 'friends and family' event. They typically don't exclude Michael Kors or other designers. You can also typically use their regular coupons on sale priced Michael kors. I don't know if that's for regular sales or just clearance items...but I've definitely used coupons for non full priced MK purses before.

nmarie, my local TJMaxx carries Michael Kors. At really good prices for what their original prices are. They usually are not as discounted as much as the other name brand bags they carry, but the prices are better than Macy's.

Yes indeed they do, as does Marshall's, of course at any point in time they might or might not have a specific bag, but it's always worth a look! And their stock changes frequently, so it pays to check often...

Way out of the box thought: my fitness club has "member advantages" that allows you to purchase gift cards for popular retailers...Macy's being one of those retailers...for a discount on my membership dues. Allstate also has gift card discounts. My point is, a lot of business are rewarding their customers w/ stuff like this. Hope this lead helps!

Stevieb - I want the Michael Kors Devon large shoulder tote in light luggage with silver hardware or the one in grey pearl. thanks!! any input on what color to pick would be great - having a hard time deciding. love silver hardware (not gold on bags) both have silver.

I recentlly bought a yummy MKors bag that retailed at $400 for $239 at TJMax. I've seen others, but none that appealed to me like this one. However, if you know that you must have the Devon I would find the store that has that bag....TJs is very hit and miss (mostly). Both of the colors are stunning and very universal. You will get a lot of use, so pursue it if you really want it, sale or not!

Wow! What a beautiful bag! I'd normally opt for the luggage because I think it's such a gorgeous and versatile color, but that grey is stunning... It would be hard to choose... Do check out your local Maxx and Marshall's, because the ones near me often have a slew of Kors bags at much better prices. DSW sometimes offers his bags at a savings too... I hope you find it, because that is a really great looking bag and a little off the beaten track... Really loving it and without seeing it in person, I'd have to say that grey is calling to me!

More often than not bridge and designer handbags (which includes Michael Kors handbags) are among the excluded items listed on the back of Macy's coupons. It's only about twice a year when they have promotions where these exclusions don't apply.

My suggestion is that you search the style name of the bag regularly and see what hits you get. A store which may not be located in your local area could have it on sale; or the Kors Boutique might place it on their website sale page.

I just just received Star Rewards discount cards from Macy's. Unfortunally, Michael Kors is excluded.

I know that Friends and Family 25% discounts can be used on Michael Kors items. This sale is held twice a year..in December and I think May. Macy's offers a pre-sale a week or two before this event. You can get the bag you are interested in, and hold it on pre-sale before the F&F event so it's not sold out.

if you don't have a Macy's credit card and you open one you will get an additional discount for that day that can be combined with the F&F discount.

I'd agree. If you don't find it somewhere at discount, do a weekly search of a few major department store sites that carry the bag, together with on-line sources like Zappos. Sooner or later, one of them will make your day!

Thanks - I will keep checking every few days online. I may have to wait for Macy's friends and family - I do have a cc w/ them. Stevieb - I feel the same way about both colors. The grey is so beautiful, but it is so hard to find a great luggage handbag w/ silver.
