30+ Dooney "as is" handbags now

Wow....I don't think I have ever seen this many different styles in the "as is" section. I grabbed a Florentine mini satchel for myself, crossing my fingers it is in great shape.

I see that there are some really great deals on the Q's "As Is" Dooney bags. However, I would be a bit leery about ordering any of them. Too much of a hassle having to return them if there is a problem. The last time I purchased a handbag (a B. Makowksy) from the Q .. a supposedly brand new one, not an "As Is" bag.. it was so obviously used! There were no wrappings. And the prior owner had even left numerous pieces of candy and some empty wrappers in all of the compartments! It obviously went back... and I will never purchase another handbag from the Q as a result.

Don't blame you a bit--that's unacceptable.

I've purchased three "new" bags from QVC. One went back due to scratches. One arrived without it's wrappings or dust bag but otherwise seemed new so I kept it. The most recent one was completely wrapped as new.... but has an area on the back where the leather looks as if it were folded and then straightened but the fold won't completely go away. I love it and hate to return it--It's a bit of a hassle sending stuff back.

Wish QVC be more careful about what they send out--I realize good quality control costs them money but it also costs them customers when they mess up.
