They sure do have cute styles, and great colors! I was looking at a cute cross body earlier, I checked online and noticed the trim was man made! I guess that is why the price was so great, but I don't want vinyl trim! I don't think it would wear well or hold up.

I bought A92852 in cognac and loved this handbag. I wanted one in black as well. I ordered the black and after a few weeks, looked inside and the lining had come undone. I emailed customer service and they said to send back even though 30 days had gone by. I have not used it immediately... waiting closer to fall. They replaced it and the stitching has come undone and there is a hole. Also a slit in the leather but does not go all the way through. I have gotten in touch with CS but not heard back yet. Very upset with workmanship. I have had a few of this brand of handbags and they are great. Don't know what is going on with this handbag in black.

I haven't purchased a new bag for a while, but, I use a Tig hobo bag daily and have used it for at least 5 years. That thing will just not wear out!!

I have an older Tig that I love A95706 which is an all leather hobo. They no longer have this one in stock, but should bring back this bag in quality and style. You cannot harm this bag. I purchased a crossbody Tig bag a couple of years ago and had a small scratch on the front. I tried to rub this out as mentioned on presentation and it took the color right off. In the trash that one went and my money. I have not purchased since this experience.

Good Morning Everyone. I own several Tigs. I like the organize, I don't need a wallet. I have the same problem, the straps began crack and peel and stitches undone. No more for me. I'll stick with Dooneys.

I have had 2 Tig bags, and both have now had problems.

* I bought a Lunch Special tote -- within about a month, the strap came undone. (Hubby put a rivet through it, to hold -- not too cute)

* An organizer bag (love the style) I got from TJ's (?) now is coming undone on the handle. Threads are coming apart.

Perhaps this is a 'you get what you pay for' -- I think each cost about $80? I expect a bag in that range to last at least a year before visibly deteriorating. Not going for any more Tig.
