I'm finding that D & Co 95% cotton and 5% spandex tops do not feel the same as they did last year. The tops I bought last year are more cottony. The ones I recently received feel more spandexy. They do cling more, so I'm having to return them for a larger size. I wanted to message Carolyn Gracey directly, but couldn't figure out how to do it. I think I'll stick to D & Co's 100% cotton from now on.

Denim & Co Perfect Jersey - Which "Fabrication" Is It??

I just received this Denim & Co top, which is called: Denim & Co Perfect Jersey Stripe Short Sleeve Top. Gary just said that Perfect Jersey is 95% cotton/5% spandex, as in the other two tops I've shown and I have. How can both be called Perfect Jersey? Do we now have to check the fabric content on everything? The short sleeve top here fits slightly smaller, it has a different "feel", and it has less stretch than the others. I love the top as far as stripes/colors - it's a perfect match for the How Smooth Khaki Capris. I'm afraid if it shrinks a tiny bit, or if I gain a pound, it won't fit-but the next size up would probably be too big. Don't know if I should exchange it. They need to get this straight--how many combinations are going to be labeled "Perfect Jersey"?

A253615 - 78% cotton/22% polyester - Perfect Jersey??

<IMG src="http://images.qvc.com/is/image/a/15/a253615.001?$uslarge$" alt="Denim & Co.

kitty - they shouldn't have given it a name if they weren't going to label it consistently.

I'm guessing it's an error by the person responsible for naming it. That's an odd fabric blend for D&Co, so someone may have assumed (incorrectly) that the top was Perfect Jersey (since it looks like a style that would be made of the actual 95/5 blend).

Geez, I thought it had been settled that it was 95/5 cotton spandex. Good reporting.
