@SilleeMee I agree with you 100 percent,but my question is why? Look,I know most on the runways are quite exaggerated but even a little looks a little odd to me. lol.

P.S. I've never seen anyone here in Florida wear such a look. Most are just a little weird. I would put them on my baby if I was young enough to have one.

I rather like the look, although I don't own any, so far.

As long as the barrel isn't overly exaggerated.

I like the more streamlined options.

I'm looking for a shade of olive in that style.

@ROMARY I have two pair like you described and I like them and think I look good in them and I am really short! My favorite one is a golden tinted beige and the other olive green.

Love barrel pants (in Florida). They fit so well and are very comfortable for this small waisted, larger hips body type. Hope they stay around forever.

I have these love them however, they are bigger on model. I sized down so not as baggy. Either that, I think she was too thin for the small lol

I like my two pairs of subtle barrel leg pants. Try a pair on before knocking them.

I love them as long as they are not too bowed. One of my favs is the Driftwood barbara Barrel jean. I have two styles.

@Pink123 pink my friend, lots of people in Florida wear them. I don't live there but my friends do. Maybe you are expecting wider version? . I actually bought and wear a pair from last year I didn't realize were barrel pants when I bought them lol lol. I love them, and I am 5'2". But mine don't look like MC Hammer pants either lol.

I was hesitate trying them, because I’m a fan of Wide Leg jeans, Boyfriend and Girlfriend jeans and Skinny jeans. Not a fan of straight leg jeans though.

I have a couple pair of barrel jeans now and ❤️ them !

They give me a nice shape and they’re beyond comfortable.

Look for a pair that don’t taper so much at the bottom and aren’t so voluminous in the upper thigh area. Many brands differ. You want a pair that shows off the ankle, so you can wear many styles of shoes, sneakers, sandals etc. with them. Another reason I love the barrel !!

Lori Goldstein of Logo has had some pants with a very slight barrel. After studying them for awhile, I Decided I rather like hers.

Lori's pants in an interesting crisp fabric.

Lori,s barrel pants fit the best. I also love the Driftwod barrels. Sooo comfortable.

I tried on several different brands at the mall one day. They are not for me. I don't care for the silhouette and how they look on me at all. I prefer clothes that flatter my shape, not distort or cover it up.

I have a smaller waist and bigger hips and thighs. I tried on a couple of barrel jeans and they didn't seem to work with my shape. I'm also short at 5'2". Not my best style so will pass on them and enjoy seeing those who wear them well.

I@Jk9 to each our own, we know what looks good on us. Pants are so tricky! I like the couple of barrel pants I have, but I am fonder of a wide leg pant in a flowy fabric. I don't like huge legged pants either. I am somewhere in the middle. Right now, I am in it for the comfort and ease. Not as mobile anymore! no zippers, buttons, or tight pants....only because, hard to get on, and can't bend down to pull off, lol lol !,,

I really like them. However I do not like them short. They have to hit me at my ankle. I wear them with flats, sandals and sneakers, never heels. I have maybe four of them. I started with Carla Rockmore dark jeans, and whitish color, and also from Lori Goldstein.
